From Dorset's shadows to your bookshelf
Born in Swindon and moving to Dorset as a child, my journey into paranormal horror was shaped by a county steeped in unease. Still living here today with my ever patient wife and four amazing children. I remain firmly rooted this outstanding and historical landscape where the past often refuses to stay buried.
Growing up amidst Iron Age hillforts, Roman roads, haunted coastlines, and villages clinging to centuries of whispered stories, Dorset's ancient history, folklore, and quiet strangeness left a lasting impression.
Before becoming an author, I worked a string of jobs—lifeguard, salesman, supermarket worker, taxi driver, school caretaker, and now, I am a driving instructor.
Each role offered invaluable exposure to people from every walk of life, providing brief conversations, overheard confessions, and even odd encounters that fuel my unique storytelling. I am never caught short on ideas, I just wish I could type faster!

Twisting tales and evoking emotions
What I love most about writing Horror and the paranormal is twisting my tales and my imagination together. I strive to evoke strong emotions in my readers and cherish hearing their responses to my stories. My greatest hope is that readers can feel the same intensity and passion I felt when writing each word, immersing themselves fully in the worlds I create.

A normal person with an imagination
I want potential readers to know that I am not perfect, far from it. I am a normal person with an overactive and very vivid imagination. I love to share my words and deeply value feedback from my readers. Your thoughts and feelings about my work are always welcome, helping to shape my ongoing journey,
In my spare time, I also indulge in my other passions. I love going ghost hunting with my youngest daughter. We love to explore what goes bump in the night, and are always looking to find new places to test our nerves.
Other times I will be out walking across Dorset, soaking in the atmospheres that the county has to offer, not to mention looking for new locations for my stories.
If you have had any paranormal experiences, I would love to hear about them.

What I am working on now
At the moment, I am close to finishing the second book In The Revenant Veil Series. It is in the final editing stages and I hope to have it released in the next couple of months.
I am also working on a Vampire novel, but Vampires how you have not seen them before. Not only that, but a fantasy novel as well. I like to dip my toes into different genres, but never straying far from the Horror.
As if all of that isn't enough, I am finally putting together a second collection of short stories. But this one is a little different. This is a collaboration between myself and my father. This really is from beyond the grave, I lost my Dad nearly 10 years ago, we planned a book together but never got to finish it. I have his works, and now I am determined to get it finished.
